摘要
在分析了传统企业战略思维存在缺陷的基础上,阐述了企业战略生态系统的内涵及特点。并针对企业战略生态系统的战略目标共生演进、可持续发展,构建了企业战略生态系统的战略及策略支撑体系,即共生演进战略、泛系统策略、战略网络策略及协同旋进策略。
In this paper,the author analyzes the limitation of traditional strategic system,describes the connotation and characteristics of strategic ecosystem and puts forward that how to construct the strategic ecosystem and its support system including symbiotic evolution strategy,extensive system strategy,strategic network strategy and collaborative revolving strategy.
