摘要
目的观察野鸦椿对肝纤维化大鼠血清HA、LN及PⅢP的影响。方法将50只大鼠随机分为对照组、模型组、秋水仙碱组以及野鸦椿高、低剂量组,除对照组外其余灌胃给予CCL4,每周2次,共8周,造成慢性肝纤维化模型,第4周开始秋水仙碱组给秋水仙碱0.1 mg/kg,野鸦椿高、低剂量组分别给野鸦椿水提物1 mL/kg和0.2 mL/kg,连续5周,模型组及对照组给等体积生理盐水。给药结束后,处死动物取血,分离血清,检测HA、LN及PⅢP含量。结果野鸦椿高、低剂量组HA、LN、PⅢP均明显低于模型组;高剂量组HA、LN浓度与秋水仙碱组没有显著性差异,PⅢP则高于秋水仙碱组,而低于低剂量组。结论野鸦椿水提物具有抗慢性肝纤维化的作用,并存在一定的量效关系。
Objective To explore the effects of water extracts from euscaphis japoneca on the levels of HA,LN and PⅢP in rats with hepatic fibrosis.Methods 50 rats were randomly divided into the control group,the model group,the colchicine group,and the high-and low-dose euscaphis japoneca groups.The hepatic fibrosis models were established by CCL4 twice weekly via intragastric administration for 8 weeks except in the control group. Colchicine(0.1mg/kg) was administered to the Colchicine groups,water extracts from euscaphis japoneca(1ml/kg or 0.2ml/kg) were administered to the high-and low-dose groups respectively from fourth week for five weeks.In the model group and the control group,the same volume of normal saline was administered.All rats were killed to draw blood and to get serum samples to have the levels of HA,LN and PⅢP checked.Results The serum levels of HA,LN and PⅢP in the high-and low-dose water extracts from euscaphis japoneca groups were significantly lower than those in the model groups,and the serum levels of HA,and LN in the high dose groups and the the colchicine group showed no significant difference,while the level of PⅢP was much higher than in the colchicine group bu lower than in the low-dose group.Conclusion Water extracts from euscaphis japoneca can be used to treat hepatic fibrosis and there exists some relationship between the curative effects and the dose of euscaphis japoneca.
