丝裂霉素C联合相邻自体结膜转位术治疗翼状胬肉

MITOMYCIN C COMBINED WITH ADJACENT SELF-CONJUNCTIVA TRANSLOCATION FOR THE TREATMENT OF PTERYGIUM

目的观察丝裂霉素C（MMC）联合相邻自体结膜转位术治疗翼状胬肉的临床疗效。方法对106例初发的翼状胬肉患者在显微镜下先行胬肉整体切除,然后行MMC联合相邻自体结膜转位术,观察患者术后的复发情况。结果本组106例（159眼）角膜上皮及结膜切口在1~3 d愈合,随访3~18个月,1例复发,2例疑似复发,复发率为0.18%。结论整体切除翼状胬肉后,再行MMC联合相邻自体结膜转位术,操作简单,疗效好,复发率低。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of mitomycin C combined with adjacent self-conjunctiva translocation for the treatment of pterygium.Methods 106 patients with primary pterygium were treated with mitomycin C combined with adjacent self-conjunctiva translocation after the total removal of pterygium with the help of microscope,and then their recurrences were observed.Results Among the 106 patients including 159 eyes,all of the epithelium of cornea and the conjunctiva cut healed in 1 to 3 days.The 3 to 18 months of followed-up surveys found that one case got recurrence and two cases were suspicious of recurrence,with the recurrence rate being 0.18%.Conclusion MMC combined with adjacent self-conjunctiva translocation in treating pterygium can produce good effects and low recurrenc rate.
