洁牙患者相关知识调查

SURVEYS ON THE RELEVANT KNOWLEDGE OF TEETH-SCALING PATIENTS

目的了解洁牙患者对相关知识的认知情况,探讨洁牙患者口腔卫生宣教的重要性,为开展针对性的活动提供依据。方法随机抽取洁牙患者574例,采用调查问卷的方法,了解患者对洁治知识的认知程度。结果 54.7%的患者在医生的建议后才洁牙;31.6%患者认为洁牙会损伤牙釉质,56.1%的患者不清楚;58.7%的患者认为洁治后牙缝会变大;8.7%的患者认为洁牙后牙齿出现冷热酸敏感是正常反应;21.3%的患者认为洁牙不会使牙齿变松动;有66.5%的患者不了解牙菌斑、牙石和牙周病的关系。结论洁牙患者缺乏相关知识,口腔医护工作者和有关部门应加大口腔卫生宣教力度,提高患者对洁治知识的认知程度,使其主动的定期洁牙,防治牙周病及其他口腔疾病的发生。

Objective To survey the relevant knowledge of teeth-scaling patients and to explore the importance of the oral-hygiene education for dentai disease patients.Methods 574 cases of scaling patients were randomly selected patients to survey their oral-hygiene knowledge by using questionnaires.Results 54.7% patients received scaling after dentists＇advice,42.1% patients believed the gap between their teeth would become wider after scaling,8.7% patients believed it was normal that their teeth became sensitive to the cold,hot and acid things after scaling,21.3% patients believed their teeth would not become loose after scaling,and 66.5% patients did not know the relationship between plaque,calculus and periodontal disease.Conclusion Due to patients＇ lack of relevant knowledge,efforts should be made to enhance the public awareness of the oral health,and thus to reduce the prevalence of periodontal disease and other oral diseases by regular teeth cleaning.
