摘要
目的了解专科护理学生专业思想现状,为开展针对性的教育提供依据。方法采用《护理专科生专业思想状况调查表》对本校大一及大二的护生进行问卷调查,内容涵盖个人基本信息、专业认识、专业情感、专业意志、专业期望等几个方面。结果随着年龄的增长,护生对其职业的看法发生了很明显的变化（χ2=11.95,P〈0.01）;不同年级护生对其专业的喜欢程度、调换专业的意愿、选择就读护理专业考虑的因素都基本相似（χ2=2.73~5.26,P〉0.05）。结论专科护理学生的专业思想存在不稳定状况,应根据其特点采用相应的措施。
Objective To survey the current situation of the professional ideas of junior college nursing students so as to provide relevant education for them.Methods Questionnaire surveys on professional ideas of junior college nursing students were conducted among the first-and second-year students in this school.The questionnaire covers students＇ basic information,professional recognition,professional emotion,professional will and professional expectation.Results As the students grow,the nursing students＇ professional ideas changed significantly（χ2=11.95,P0.01）.Students from different grades showed some similarity in terms of the attitude to their major,the will to change their major and the factors affecting their choice of nursing major（χ2=2.73～5.26,P0.05）.Conclusion There exist some factors affecting the stability of junior college nursing students＇ professional ideas and relevant measures shoud be taken to cope with them.
