摘要 1引言 “纳米技术是在纳米尺度范围(典型但非唯一的范围为100毫微米以内的一维或多维空间)对物质及过程的认识和控制,在该尺度范围一系列尺度依存现象通常使原有物质及过程产生新的应用特性。”
