The main contents and priorities of project investment feasibility analysis before decision of BT investor for city infrastructure project were described in this paper.According to the objective of BT mode investor project,how to correctly identify and estimate the financial benefits and cost of BT investor project was analyzed and discussed,and financial analysis of the project was made based on this,which provided reliable decision basis for the investor.
