摘要
目的调查和了解临沧市城郊林区蚊类的组成和空间分布,为登革热等虫媒传染病防制提供科学依据。方法以该市8县(区)的城郊林区为调查的空间范围,选择22个乡镇为调查点,应用人工诱捕和幼虫调查相结合的方法进行蚊类组成和分布调查。结果共捕获蚊类2亚科7属36种1 147只。其中,发现伊蚊属(Aedes)18种,阿蚊属(Armigeres)9种,库蚊属(Culex)5种,杵蚊属(Tripteroides)、巨蚊属(Toxorhynchites)、领蚊属(Heizmannia)和兰带蚊属(Uanotaenia)各1种。捕获蚊中以白纹伊蚊(Ae.albopictus)为优势种(占捕蚊总数的18.40%)。结论白纹伊蚊为临沧市城郊林区的优势蚊种,主要分布于海拔1 500 m以下的地区。提示低海拔区域是登革热及其媒介蚊类的重点防控区域。
Objective To investigate and understand composition and spatial distribution of mosquitoes in suburban forest of Lincang City in order to provide the scientific basis to control dengue fever and other insect-borne diseases. Methods Composition and distribution of mosquitoes' samples were captured using artificial traps and larva survey in the 22 towns suburban(including 8 county).Results A total of 1 147 mosquitoes belonging to 36 species,7 genera and 2 subfamilies were collected in the suburban forest.18 species belong to Aedes,9 species belong to Armigeres,5 species belong to Culex,one species belongs to Tripteroides,one species belongs to Toxorhynchites,one species belongs to Heizmannia and one species belongs to Uanotaenia.Ae.albopictus(accounting for 18.40%) is dominant species.Conclusion Ae.albopictus is the dominant species in the suburban forest of Lincang City,and it mainly distributes the altitude region below 1 500 m.It is suggested that the low altitude region is main prevention and control area for dengue fever and medium mosquitoes.
