恙虫病东方体检测及分型的分子生物学技术进展 被引量:5

Advances in molecular biology techniques to detect and classify Orientia tsutsugamushi

摘要 恙虫病东方体是由恙螨幼虫叮咬传播而引起恙虫病的病原体。过去多用血清学的方法对其进行检测和分型,随着分子生学的发展,分子生物学技术开始大量应用于恙虫病东方体的检测和鉴别其基因型。本文对应用于恙虫病东方体检测和分型的分子生物学技术进行了综述。 Orientia tsutsugamushi,the cause of scrub typhus,is a pathogen that is transmitted to humans by the bite of infected Leptotrombidium mite larvae.Historically,serological techniques were used to detect O.tsutsugamushi and classify O.tsutsugamushi serotypes.With the development of molecular biology,molecular methods are used today to differentiate the genotype of O.tsutsugamushi and detect DNA of O.tsutsugamushi.This article reviews the use of molecular methods to detect and classify O.tsutsugamushi.
