替米沙坦联合血液透析治疗尿毒症合并高血压患者的临床疗效观察

Clinical efficacy of telmisartan combined with hemodialysis in treatment of uremia and hypertension

目的：观察替米沙坦联合血液透析方法治疗尿毒症合并高血压患者的临床疗效。方法：选取本院2009年4月~2010年4月收治的尿毒症合并高血压患者68例,将其随机分为观察组（替米沙坦治疗组）和对照组（常规治疗组）,治疗周期均为12周,观察两组的治疗效果。结果：两组患者治疗前血压无明显差异,治疗12周后两组血压与治疗前比较均显下降趋势,与对照组相比,观察组（替米沙坦组）的血压下降更为明显。结论：替米沙坦在降压的同时,显著降低了血清脂联素水平,效果理想,患者易耐受。

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of telmisartan combined with hemodialysis in treatment of uremia and hypertension.Methods：Slected 68 cases of uremic patients with hypertension in our hospital from April 2009 to April 2010,and were randomly divided into observation group（telmisartan treatment group） and control group（conventional treatment group）,treated 12 weeks and observed the effects.Results：There was no significant difference in blood pressure of the two groups before treatment,after 12 weeks of treatment,the blood pressure of the two groups were significantly de creased,compared with the control group,the observation group decreased more.Conclusion：Telmisartan can reduce the blood pressure and the level of serum adiponectin,the effect is satisfactory,and the patients can easily tolerate.
