蒙脱石散、维生素C辅助治疗小儿手足口病

Montmorillonite powder and Vitamin C auxiliary in treating pediatric hand-foot-and-mouth disease

目的:观察蒙脱石散联合维生素C辅助治疗小儿手足口病的疗效。方法:将120例手足口病患儿随机分为治疗组60例和对照组60例,分别在溃疡面涂抹蒙脱石散、维生素C和锡类散,疗程7d,观察患儿溃疡数目、面积、局部色泽、疼痛及对进食的影响等情况。结果:治疗组治疗后显效率明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。120例均未见毒副作用。结论:局部涂抹蒙脱石散、维生素C疗效优于锡类散。

Objective：To observe the effect of montmorillonite powder and Vitamin C,auxiliary in treating pediatric handfoot-and-mouth disease（HFMD）.Methods：120 cases HFMD patients were randomly divided into treatment group 60 cases and control group 60 cases,the treatment group were given montmorillonite powder and Vitamin C,the control group were given Xilei San.The cource of treatment were both 7 days.Observed the ulcer number,area,local color,pain and the influence of eating.Results：The remarkable curative effect of the treatment group was obviously higher than that of the control group（P0.01）.120 cases had no side effects.Conclusion：The effect of montmorillonite powder and Vitamin C was better than Xilei San.
