黄葵胶囊治疗糖尿病肾病的临床观察

Clinical observation on Huangkui capsule in treating diabetic nephropathy

目的:探讨黄葵胶囊治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法:选择本院42例糖尿病肾病患者,在常规治疗基础上加用黄葵胶囊5粒/次,3次/d治疗,共2个月,比较治疗前后24h尿蛋白、尿β2微球蛋白(β2-MG)、肌酐清除率(Ccr)的变化。结果:治疗后,Ccr改善较小,差异无统计学意义;β2-MG、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、24h尿蛋白和血糖在治疗后均有显著下降,与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义。结论:黄葵胶囊具有清热利湿、消炎解毒、活血通络、减轻或清除肾小球免疫炎症反应的作用,对糖尿病肾病具有保护作用。

Objective：To discuss the clinical curative effect of Huangkui capsule in treating diabetic nephropathy.Methods：Slected 42 patients with diabetes who were given the conventional treatment,and Huangkui capsule with five goals/times,three times per day,2 months treatment.Compared 24 h urinary protein therapy,urine beta globulin（beta 2 micro 2-MG）,creatinine clearance（Ccr） before and after treatment.Results：After treatment,Ccr had a little better,there had no significant difference;The beta 2 micro 2-MG,HbA1c,24 h urinary protein and blood sugar decreazed significantly.Conclusion：Huangkui capsule has the effect of carambola detoxification,suits,antiphlogistic,can reduce or remove blood glomerular immune inflammation,and has protection to the diabetic nephropathy.
