摘要
目的:探讨人工流产与胎盘粘连的关系。方法:本院1998年1月～2008年1月收治2555例产科分娩病例,对其中106例胎盘粘连及产后出血病例进行回顾性分析。结果:2555例分娩病例中,胎盘粘连106例,总发病率为4.15%。结论:人工流产次数与产妇胎盘粘连产后出血发病率有直接关系。
Objective：To investigate the abortion and the relationship between placenta accreta.Methods：The hospital in January 1998 to January 2008 to 2 555 cases of treated cases of obstetric deliveries,of which 106 cases of placenta accreta and postpartum hemorrhage were retrospectively analyzed.Results：2 555 births cases,106 cases of placenta accreta,the total incidence rate was 4.15% Conclusion：The frequency of abortion and maternal placenta incidence of postpartum hemorrhage is directly related.
