摘要
通过简单的自制测量辅具,运用标准钢球和精密半球体准确确定孔、轴中心坐标的方法,解决了同体孔轴零件的孔轴中心距的精密测量难题,并取得了比较好的技术与经济效果。
Aided by a simple self-made measurement tool, the method of standard steel and precise hemisphere ball was used to accurately determine the coordinates for hole and axis center. The hard problem of precision measurement for parts of hole-axis with the body and the hole-axis center distance were challenged, and comparatively good technical and economic results were achieved.
