运用DMAIC各个阶段使用的质量工具,在过程改进中,对改进项目采用DMAIC部分工具测量系统分析、正态性检验、过程能力分析、鱼果图、因果矩阵分析,回归分析、方差分析、DOE,结合MINITABLE统计软件的应用,较快地找到改进的最佳运行参数并实施控制,最终达到了降低产品成本、使顾客满意的目的。该项目的成功推广,提高了公司技术人员运用先进质量工具分析问题、解决问题的能力。

The application of Quality Tools was described to be used in all DMAIC Process phases. During the site improvement, the following Quality Tools were adopted, such as MSA, Normal Distribution Test, Process Capability Analysis, C＆E Diagram, Cause and Effects （C＆E） Matrix, Regression Analysis, Analysis of Variance （ANOVA） and DOE, combined with the usage of MiniTab Statistical Software, the team can determine the optimal operating parameters quickly, then implemented the control, and reached the goal of product cost reduction and customer satisfaction eventually. The successful spread of this project, has helped the engineering team in the company to improve their capability to utilize the advanced quality analysis tools to analyze issues and solve problems.
