摘要
介绍了钻杆压接生产线搬运自动控制系统的设计方案及实现过程。该控制系统采用上、下位机结构,上位机IPC以Visal Basic作为开发工具,完成钻杆信息的修改设定,与PLC的数据交互,生产信息记录、查询、打印等功能;下位机PLC与其他各工序控制单元组成MELSECNET/H网络结构,完成与各个工序的状态和命令指令的传递。同时,上位机IPC可实时显示搬运生产线状态,为操作者提供良好人机界面。
This article introduced design project and realization course of conveying automatic control system of drill pipe crimping production line,this system adopts upper and lower structure,the upper computer uses Visa Basic as development tool to accomplish amend and enact drill pipe information,alternate data with PLC,as well as record,query and print production information.The lower computer PLC and other procedure control units constitute MELSECNET/H net structure to complete transfer each procedure status and control command.At the same time,the upper computer IPC can real time show status of conveying production line,this will provide good human-machine interface for operators.
