从电站锅炉和脱硫装置的运行实践探讨烟气酸露点问题 被引量:6

摘要 比较锅炉原烟气酸露点常用的计算公式发现大多数计算式与实际情况有较大偏差,而《余热锅炉设计与运行》介绍的查图法和日本电力工业中心研究所发表的试验公式与实际情况较接近。另外,对湿法脱硫系统净烟气酸露点进行的理论分析表明,湿法脱硫净烟气的酸露点不会高于湿法脱硫后净烟气的出口温度。 The commonly used calculation formulas for acid dew point in the flue gas have been compared each other.It can be discovered that the most of calculation formulas had large deviation with the actual situation,but the chart-seeking method presented in 《waste heat boilers' design and oepration》 and the empirical formula published from Japan Electric Power Research Institute were more close to the actual situation.In addition,the theoritical analysis of acid dew point in purified flue gas behind the wet desulphurization system shows that the acid dew point in purified flue gas from the wet desulphurization sytem can't be higher than the outlet temperature of purified flue gas after wet desulphurization.
