摘要
以淮北临涣300 MW循环流化床锅炉为研究对象,对掺烧煤泥进行了试验研究。结果表明,煤泥投入后床温下降,炉膛上部差压增加,引风机电流增大;给煤泥系统响应负荷变化速度要明显快于给煤系统,低位煤泥给入方式不会引起分离器超温和尾部烟道后燃的现象;随着入炉煤泥量的增加,底渣含碳量增大,而飞灰含碳量的变化并不明显;床温控制在880℃以上时,底渣含碳量会明显降低;煤泥投入后会导致排烟温度升高,锅炉效率下降。
Taking 300 MW CFB boiler in Huaibei Linhuan Power Plant as the object of study,the influence of mixedly burning coal slime upon boiler operation has been tested and studied.Results show that the bed temperature decreases,the differential pressure in upper furnace increases,the current of induced draft fan also increases after the coal slime being injected into the furnace;the response of coal slime system to load change is significantly faster than that of the coal system,the feeding mode of low-grade coal slime can't cause overtemperature in cyclone separator or post-combustion in tail section of the flue duct;along with the increase of coal slime amount going into the furnace,the carbon content in bottom slag becomes greater,however the carbon content in fly ash doesn't obviously change;when the bed temperature being controlled above 880 ℃,the carbon content in bottom slag will decrease significanly;after injection of coal slime,the temperautre of discharged flue gas will increase,and the boiler efficiency will decrease.
