摘要
循环流化床(CFB)锅炉大部分都选用石灰石粉作为脱硫剂,这对于远离石灰石产区的电厂就难以实现,因此对这些电厂来说,寻求一种新的脱硫剂显得尤为重要。通过对电石渣的脱硫机理、脱硫特性以及半工业化试验发现,电石渣的脱硫性能明显优于石灰石,掺烧电石渣后锅炉的脱硫性能与纯电石渣较为接近,掺烧60%电石渣锅炉的脱硫性能略优于掺烧40%电石渣的锅炉。试验结果推广至实炉时,需要充分考虑分离器分离效率和石灰石、电石渣粒径的影响。
The lime-stone powder was selected as desultphurizer for most of CFB boilers,it is difficult to be realized for power plants located far from the place of lime-stone production,hence,seeking for a new desulphurizer is particularly important for these power plants.Through study on the desulphurization mechanism and desulphurizing behavier of carcium carbide,as well as the semi-industrialized test,it is discovered that the desulphurizing behavior of carcium carbide sludge(CCS) is obviously better than that of lime-stone.The desulphurizing behavior of mixedly burning CCS is closer to that of the pure CCS.In case of mixedly burning 60% CCS,the desulphurizing behavior is slightly better than that of mixedly burning 40% CCS.During the time of popularizing the test result to actual boiler,it is necessary to fully consider the influence of separating efficiency in separator and the particle size of CCS.
