摘要 在分析M701F型燃气-蒸汽联合循环机组汽轮机的旁路系统和旁路阀的压力控制模式的基础上,提出了在机组起动状态与余热锅炉状态不匹配,机组起动前高、中压蒸汽压力高于最小压力设定值,以及机组停机时旁路阀卡涩等特殊工况下的控制对策,从而保证了机组的安全运行。 On the basis of anlaysising bypass system of steam turbine for M701F gas-steam combined cycle unit and the pressure control mode of bypass valve,the countermeasures in control under special operation conditions,such as the start-up sitation of unit doesn't match with the situation of waste heat boiler,HP-and MP-steam pressure before start-up of unit are higher than the set value of minimum pressure,as well as unsmooth jamming of the bypass valve during start-up of unit,have been put forward,thereby ensuring safe operation of the unit.
