摘要
膨润土以其特有的物理化学性能,用途十分广泛。提高膨润土的白度可以提高其附加值。对长春市净月潭膨润土进行的化学成分及矿物成分测试,探索了影响白度的因素,通过浮选、酸洗、化学漂白等方法来提高膨润土白度。经过条件试验,最终确定采用综合法,即经过10%油酸浮选后的膨润土,以保险粉为漂白剂,pH值9~10,于70℃下搅拌30 min,然后进行酸洗16 h,可使长春市净月潭膨润土的白度从69%提高到87%。
Bentonite has a wide range of applications because of its unique physical and chemical properties.Improving the white degree of bentonite can increase its value.In this paper,the chemic-al components and mineral components of Changchun Jingyue bentonite were measured in order to discuss the factors which influence its white degree.A series of methods were chosen,such as flotation,sour wash,chemical bleach,etal.And the comprehensive method was selected.After foltation,add rongalite as a bleacher,and adjust the pH=9~10,mix round for 30 minutes at 70 ℃,and then wash using nitric acid for 16h.Finally the white degree of Changchun Jingyue bentonite can be improved from 69% to 87%.
