基于模糊决策与层次分析法的磨削质量评判方法

Study on a Grinding Quality Assessing Method Based on Fuzzy Decision Combined with Analytic Hierarchy Process

磨削加工质量评价是一个复杂的决策过程,要优化、权衡多种影响因素。为了探索一种自动磨削加工过程中加工质量的在线评判的新方法,提高质量评判的精度和效率,采用模糊综合评判与层次分析法,并将两者相结合用于磨削加工过程的质量评价方法。实例分析结果表明,该方法依据磨削过程监测结果及磨削条件,实现磨削加工质量的评价,可用于帮助操作工人确定最佳的磨削参数,确保磨削质量的稳定性。

The grinding quality assessing is a complex decision-making process,which must optimize and balance multi-influence factors.The purpose of this paper is to explore one new method of the automatic grinding process for the quality assessing online,enhance the precision and efficiency of grinding quality assessing and adopt the fuzzy synthesis assessing and analytic hierarchy process（AHP） which are combined with each other.The example analyzing result indicates that this method can be used to estimate grinding quality based on the monitor data for grinding process and the grinding conditions,and help grinding workers select optimum grinding parameters for the steady grinding quality.
