In order to construct a people-oriented psychological experimental teaching demonstration center,it is required that instructing students with specialty thoughts,building a favorable experiment teaching environment and designing humanized management rules,motivating teachers and students to conduct experiments.Through an open management mode and a network system of experiment teaching,the demonstration center provides the students with convenient experiment conditions and so as to improve the teaching quality.A long-term mechanism is also needed to guarantee the scientific development of the psychological laboratory.
