The chitosan is the only material found in nature with cation group,and the chitosan fiber bears good biological activity,biocompatibility and wearing safety.This paper introduces the study and application of chitosan fiber in knitting area in terms of raw material,fiber production,fiber property,yarn spinning,application fields and application effect.The research results are of great guidance for enterprises to make product development.
