玉石纤维针织无缝内衣的开发

Development of the jade fiber knitted seamless underwear

玉石纤维是一种新型纤维,具有保健、凉爽、抗菌等功能,玉石纤维针织面料是针织内衣和春夏季T恤衫等功能型针织产品发展的一个新方向。阐述了玉石纤维针织无缝内衣的编织工艺条件和染整加工中各工序的工艺要求,并对织物的服用性能进行了测试与分析。从织物的服用性能测试结果可以看出,成品的色牢度较好,且织物的透气性、透湿性、悬垂性、抗起毛起球性、折皱性、坚牢度良好,保温性较差,具有凉爽感。

The jade fiber is one innovative fiber bearing the properties of health care,coolness and anti-bacteria,and its knitted fabric is the developing direction of underwear and functional T-shirts in spring and summer time.This paper introduces the knitting technology and dyeing process of jade fiber knitted seamless underwear,and tests ans analyzes the wearing property.The research results show that the developed fabric bears good color fastness,air permeability,moisture transferring property,drapability,antipilling property and wrinkle-free,but its warmth retaining property becomes worse and thus the fabric feels cool.
