装备备件三级库存模型及保障方案评估 被引量:2

摘要 在高科技信息化保障条件的时代背景下,装备保障呈现出层次多、保障力量结构复杂等特点,其中备件库存是影响保障效率的关键因素之一。通过对VARI—METRIC两级库存模型理论的扩展,构建了三级维修供应保障结构下的装备备件库存模型,以装备在年保障周期内的可用度作为体系保障度的评估指标,给出了三级保障体系下的保障方案评估方法。通过实例对所建立的三级库存以及保障方案评估模型结果进了验证和分析,该结果可为保障资源合理配置提供理论依据。 Under the background of high-tech and information-based support mode, the structure of equipment support take on the characteristics of muhilayer and complexity, spare parts inventory is an critical factor of influencing the support efficiency. Based on the classical VARI-METRIC model theory, the spare pares inventory model under the three-echelon repair and supply system is established. The equipment availability during the support cycle is considered as the evaluation target, and the three-echelon support project evaluation method is given. Through an example, the simulation result of three-echelon inventory evaluation model is analyzed, which can supply a theory basis for support resources' reasonable distribution.
