220t/h煤粉锅炉掺烧高炉煤气技术改造实践

摘要 马钢热电厂 3台 220 t/h煤粉锅炉原设计可掺烧 15%的高炉煤气,但由于设计及 设备本身原因,自投产以来一直达不到设计指标。为减少高炉煤气放散损失,切实提高掺烧量,结 合锅炉大修对其进行技术改造,取得明显成效。 blast furnace gas could be combusted together with coal in the o- riginal design for three coal boilers of 220t/h of the power plant, Maanshan Iron & Steel Co. However, the design indexes have not been reached since commissioning due to reasons of design and the equipment itself. In order to decrease loss of the gas dis- charge rate and to increase mixture combustion amount technical reformation was con- ducted during major maintenance of the boilers, which have achieved significant effects.
