从充分利用贵重仪器在实验教学平台上,以学术讲座、全开放形式代替传统授课模式,夯实学生的科研基础;在科研平台上,开展多种形式的科学研究,提升学生科研能力、实施个性培养;在毕业论文平台上,师生共管,全面培养等方面进行了有益尝试.扩大了贵重仪器对学生的培养面,收到了整体提高和个性发展的效果.

By full use of the valuable instruments and in forms of academic forums and full-open teaching models instead of conventional approaches,a solid foundation for scientific research is laid for students on the laboratory teaching platform;and a wide variety of scientific researches are conducted to enhance students＇ ability of scientific research so as to achieve individuation in students on the platform of scientific research.On the platform of the graduation thesis,valuable efforts were made in respects like the teacher-student co-management and all-around cultivation.Practice indicates that the cultivation scope of valuable equipment widens and the overall improvement and individuation development takes place.
