中西医结合治疗老年人带状疱疹后遗神经痛临床疗效观察

目的观察中西医结合治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛疗效。方法将52例本病患者随机分成两组,两组均采用常规的针对性西医治疗,治疗组在对照组用药的基础上加用自拟的活血止痛汤口服。结果治疗3周后,观察局部疼痛缓解情况。治疗组显效36.67%、有效50.00%、总有效率86.67%,均较对照组显效18.18%、有效22.73%、总有效率40.91%有非常显著性差异(P≤0.01)。自拟活血止痛汤联合西药治疗本病疗效较好。

Objective To observe the integrated treatment of postherpetic neuralgia effect.Methods 52 cases of the patients were randomly divided into two groups,two groups were targeted with conventional western medicine,the treatment group drug control group on the basis of the blood plus self oral pain soup.Results After three weeks to observe the situation of local pain relief.Treatment group that were 36.67%,50.00% effective,compared with the total effective rate 86.67%.The control group that were 18.18%,22.73% effective,total effective rate 40.91% there was a significant difference（P≤0.01）.Self Huoxuezhitong Combined with western medicine is better therapeutic effect.
