辽河油田地区老年2型糖尿病患者掌握疾病知识现况调查

Investigation on knowledge of type Ⅱ diabetes mellitus suffered by old patients in Liaohe oilfield

目的调查辽河油田地区老年2型糖尿病(DM)患者掌握疾病知识现况。方法选择2009年在辽河油田石化医院登记在册的2型糖尿病患者447例,入选对象接受了"糖尿病知识测试问卷"调查。结果 447例DM患者中,老年DM患者296例,中年DM患者151例。糖尿病知识问卷评分指标比较中,老年DM组的糖尿病知识理解自评、对疾病态度、对自我管理认识、对自我管理持续性认识等条目评分以及掌握糖尿病知识总分均明显低于中年DM组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论辽河油田地区老年DR患者掌握疾病知识现况不理想,应该加强对其进行相关知识教育。

Objective To survey the current situation about the related knowledge of type Ⅱ diabetes mellitus suffered by the old patients in Liaohe oilfield.Methods A total of 447 patients with type Ⅱ diabetes mellitus were chosen from department of internal medicine of Shihua hospital of Liaohe oilfield in 2009,and all the patients were evaluated by the questionnaires of diabetes mellitus knowledge.Results Among 447 patients,diabetes mellitus was attacked on 296 old patients and 151 middle-aged patients.Scores of indexes,such as self-evaluation,attitude to the diabetes mellitus,self-management,and persistence apperception,in the old group were significantly lower than those in the middle-aged group（P〈0.0 or P〈0.01）.Conclusion The investigation is poor,thus it is essential to carry out the related education of diabetes mellitus among the old patients.
