伲福达与卡托普利联合治疗老年性高血压的有效性及安全性分析

The analysis of the efficacy and safety of Nifedipine Controlled-Released Tablets joint Captopril treatment elderly hypertension

目的分析伲福达与卡托普利联合治疗老年性高血压的有效性及安全性。方法 58例老年性高血压患者在3年的时间里长期服用伲福达和卡托普利。所有患者每周非同日测血压1～2次,治疗过程中每3～6个月查心电图,肝、肾功能,血、尿常规。结果伲福达与卡托普利长期联合治疗老年性高血压的有效性为100%,治疗期间无一例死亡及冠心病、脑卒中等事件的发生。治疗前后的心电图,肝、肾功能,血、尿常规均无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论伲福达与卡托普利联合长期治疗老年性高血压安全、有效,能平稳控制患者24小时血压,降低了冠心病、脑卒中等事件的发生。

Objective To analyse the safety and efficacy of Nifedipine Controlled-Released Tablets joint Captopril treatment elderly hypertension.Methods 58 cases of elderly hypertension were given the treatment of Nifedipine joint Captopril for 3 years.For every patient,a week at least once blood pressure was measured and every three to six months once ECG,liver function,renal function,blood routine and urine routine were measured during the treatment.Results The efficacy of Nifedipine joint Captopril treament elderly hypertension for long-term was 100%,and not one case of death,stroke or coronary artery disease was reported.There were not significant difference of ECG,liver function,renal funtion,blood routine and urine routine before and after the treatment（P〉0.05）
