摘要
对武钢二炼钢厂的转炉烟气洗涤水系统的水质稳定情况作了较详细的叙述。从投加阻垢分散剂到使用Ｎａ２ＣＯ３，系统结垢现象得到了彻底的解决，系统水循环利用率也由３０％上升到 １００ ％，经济效益、环境效益十分显著。
Stable water quality of fume washing water system of converters of No 2 Steel Smelting Plant, Wuhan Iron & Steel Co. is described in detail. Scale problem in the system was thoroughly solved due to application of scale resistant dispersant and Na2CO3 and water circulation utilization of the system increased from 30% to 100%, which brought significant economic benefit and enviroment benefit.
