合理情绪疗法在妊娠滋养细胞肿瘤护理中效果的研究

The study of the effect of kational emotive theropy inpatients with malignant gestational trophoblastic tumor in the nursing

目的:探讨合理情绪疗法对恶性妊娠滋养细胞肿瘤患者心理状态和情绪的影响。方法:将82例恶性妊娠滋养细胞肿瘤患者随机分为实验组和对照组,各41例。实验组患者接受合理情绪疗法,对照组患者接受常规护理。采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)分别测评两组患者入院时和出院前的焦虑和抑郁程度。结果:对照组患者入院时和出院前的SAS、SDS评分比较无统计学意义(P>0.05),而实验组患者出院前的SAS、SDS评分较入院时明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:合理情绪疗法可以显著降低恶性妊娠滋养细胞肿瘤患者焦虑和抑郁程度。

Objective：To explore the curative effect of rational emotive therapy（RET）on mental state and emotional in patients with malignant gestational trophoblastic tumor.Methods：Eighty-two patients with malignant gestational trophoblastic tumor were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,41 patients in each group.The experimental group recevied RET therapy,the control group recevided general nursing.Self-rating Anxiety Scale（SAS）and self-rating depression scale（SDS）were used to evaluate the degree of anxiety and depression in both the two groups at admission and discharged.Results：At admission,the two gropus showed no significant difference（P〉0.05）.At dischrged the scores of SAS,SDS in the experimental group were significantly lower（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：RET can significantly reduce the degree of anxiety and depression in patients with malignant gestational trophoblastic tumor.
