With the internationalization of higher education,university classroom management is facing new opportunities and challenges.Given that,This paper describes the current situation and problems of class management practice,and in turn puts forward to apply three levels of flat management in nursing undergraduate class brand management mode and probes to establish new mode of college Student Management compatible with College educational reform.
