摘要
目的优化盐霉素发酵工艺。方法以白色链霉菌盐霉素-06-F2为产生菌,工艺条件为培养温度33℃,搅拌转速400r/min,罐压0.05Mpa,空气流量0.8vvm,保证溶氧浓度40?以上以及适当控制培养基中各成分含量。结果与结论表明该工艺条件下发酵效价可以从61400U/ml提高到71320U/ml。
Objective To optimize fermentation process of Salinomycin.Methods The producing strain was Streptomyces albus SL-06-F2.The productivity of Salinomycin was thus improved to 71 320 U/ml from 61 400 U/ml in the conditions of culture temperature 33℃,stir rate 400 r/min,tank pressure 0.05 Mpa,air flow 0.8 vvm,dissolved oxygen concentration above 40%,and relevant component contents in medium.
