摘要
论述了循环经济在我国经济社会发展中的战略地位,指出加快发展区域循环经济是调整经济结构、转变发展方式的战略性举措,提出加快区域循环经济发展的3大举措。
This paper demonstrated the strategic significance of circular economy in the economic and social development in our country,and pointed out that it was a key measure for economic structure adjustment and economic growth mode transformation to promote the development of regional circular economy.Finally three promotion measures to promote regional circular economy were raised.
