溴化-N-氨基-2-甲基吡啶盐的合成

摘要 以2-甲基吡啶为原料,经过羟胺-O-磺酸(HOSA)进行氮氨基化,再通过K2CO3进行中和,最后用HBr成盐,得溴化-N-氨基-2-甲基吡啶盐(AMPB)成品,收率70%以上,质量分数高于99%。此工艺具有工艺简单安全、成本低廉、收率高等优点,为国内首创。 The 1 -Amino -2 -methylpyridinium Bromide (AMPB) compounds were prepared from 2 -methyl -pyridine and Hydroxylamine-O-sulfonic acid (HOSA) via azoamidation, neutralization, and salt formation, the yiled and the content reached 70% and 99%, respectively. The method has the advantage of simpler operation, safety, lower cost and high yield. This is the domestic initiative process.
