铁缺乏大白鼠骨骼肌超微结构的改变 被引量:1

摘要 应用透射电镜观察6例无贫血的铁缺乏大白鼠骨骼肌超微结构,线粒体均有不同程度的肿胀。5例缺铁性贫血大白鼠,除线粒体有肿胀外.并见线粒体空化、嵴破碎、有膜样小体等破坏产物,其中4例有线粒体轻微堆积及巨大或形态异常线粒体。推测铁缺乏大白鼠肌肉功能下降可能与线粒体较严重破坏有关,并认为此改变并非由贫血而是由缺铁所致,有贫血者破坏愈重与铁缺乏程度更重有关。
