摘要
用溶胶┐凝胶法先在ITO膜上制备纯锐钛矿结构的TiO2膜(80nm),然后在TiO2膜上射频溅射黄铁矿结构的FeS2膜(20nm),得到FeS2/TiO2复合膜经在硫气氛中退火处理,在电解液(I-/I)接触的情况下,该复合膜获得178mV的开路光电压(pH=12)和47μA的短路光电流(pH=1)。电解液的pH值越高,输出光电压越高。
A TiO 2(antase)thin film(80nm)was firstly deposited on ITO film by sol gel process,then a FeS 2 thin film prepared by RF magnetron sputtering technology was deposited on the TiO 2 film.This FeS 2/TiO 2 film complex annealed in a sulfur atmosphere has got the PV effect of 178mV of open circuit voltage(pH=12) and 47μA of short circuit current (pH=1).The photo voltage increases and photo current decreases with increasing pH value.
