SAYVOL-EC2燃油全能增效剂掺入重油在燃气轮机上的燃烧试验

Heavy Oil-fired Gas Turbine Combustion Test with the Heavy Oil being admixed with SAYVOL-EC2 All-purpose Fuel Oil Synergist

ＡＹＶＯＬＥＣ２是英国塞维尔化学有限公司（ＳＡＹＶＯＬＣＨＥＭＩＣＡＬＳＬＴＤ）研制的燃油全能增效剂。文中给出了常规镁盐抑钒剂和ＳＡＹＶＯＬ－ＥＣ２添加剂分别掺入重油在燃气轮机燃烧试验台的对比燃烧试验结果。试验结果初步表明：ＳＡＹＶＯＬＥＣ２燃油全能增效剂在燃烧效率、抑钒、降ＮＯｘ等方面都优于常规镁盐抑钒剂。

SAYVOL -EC2 all-purpose fuel oil synergist is a product developed by British Sayvol Chemicals Ltd. Combustion tests were conducted on a gas turbine combustion test rig, firing heavy oil admixed respectively with conventional magnesium salt vanadium inhibitor and SAYVOL-EC2 additive. Test results indicate preliminarily that the SAYVOL-EC2 all-purpose fuel oil synergist is superior to the conventional magnesium salt vanadium inhibition agent in terms of combustion efficiency, vanadium inhibition effectiveness, NOx reduction, etc.
