煤直接液化燃油在1E150C型柴油机上的试验研究

Experimental Study of Coal Liquids Fuel in 1E150C Diesel Engine

在１Ｅ１５０Ｃ型柴油机上，采用混合法和双喷射法进行了燃用煤液化燃料的试验研究。将煤制柴油与普通柴油按容积比的混合燃料，采用油膜雾化燃烧方式，燃料代用率可达５０％；采用双喷射系统，预喷射１０％的轻柴油起引燃作用，代用率可达９０％。试验表明，采用此方法，可获得较高的煤液化燃料的代用率，发动机工作性能良好。

Mixture method and double injection system are applied to study the combustion of coal liquid fuel in a 1E150C type diesel engine.Replacement rate of coal liquid fuel is about 50% by premixed fuel film combustion in the mixture form.Appling double injection system may achieve 90% replacement rate of coal liquid fuel with 10% diesel fuel preinjected.The results show that,double injection system can get high replacement ratio of coal liquids fuel and good operation performance of the engine.
