摘要 介绍了利用电控燃油喷射技术、多气门技术和涡流控制阀技术在汽油机上组织稀薄燃烧的方法,对两种稀燃方案——涡流轴向分层稀燃和滚流分区分层稀燃进行了试验研究,结果表明:两种方案分别能在空燃比大于23、27时稳定工作,并且能显著提高燃料经济性。在高负荷时采用均质混合气滚流快速燃烧方案。 A method of lean combustion on an SI engine using EFI system,muti valve technique and swirl control valve (SCV) technique is discussed in this paper.The results of an experimental research into the ASC (axially strtified charge) mode and BSC (barrel stratified charge) mode are described in details.The engine can work well as A/F is greater when 23 with ASC,and the lean burn limit of BSC is greater than 27.Homogeneous charge is used when the engine works at heavy load in order to generate the maximum power,which revises the weakness of the ordinary lean burn engines that lose power at heavy load.
