摘要
分析了利用已有浮环轴承转速比计算公式在全工况下计算结果不能满足要求的原因,指出由于已有公式中没有考虑到热效应的影响,导致在高速运转条件下得到的转速比与试验结果有较大的偏差。针对这个缺陷,以试验数据为基础,开展热效应影响下的浮环轴承转速比计算公式修正研究。研究结果表明:利用浮环轴承转速比修正计算公式可以在全工况范围内获得与试验结果比较吻合的转速比变化趋势。
The reason that the owned calculation formula of floating ring bearing speed ratio couldnot meet the requirements of full operating conditions was analyzed.The influence of thermal effect,which would result in the great difference between calculated speed ratio and actual experimental value,was put forward.For the thermal effect problem,the formula of floating ring bearing speed ratio was corrected.The results show that the calculated speed ratio can be in accord with the experimental value in the whole conditions with the corrected formula.
