摘要
根据活塞横截面外形轮廓线的计算及其结构特点,分析了目前常见活塞外圆截面椭圆型线的不足,通过比较椭圆型线中复杂形状的生成特征,运用叠加原理进行分析,最终推导出理想的综合椭圆参数方程,并通过国内数控车床实现了复杂活塞的外圆加工,现已成功应用于多个批量配套的产品上。
According to the cross-section contour calculation and structure characteristic of piston,the defects of present ellipse mold line on the piston cross-section were discussed.By comparing the molding characteristics of complex ellipse mold line,the optimal parameter equation of comprehensive ellipse was acquired with the superposition principle.Then the complex contour of piston was machined by the domestic CNC lathe.At present,the equation has been successfully applied to multiple matching products.
