摘要
研究了发动机机油泵主动轴在两端装卡、中间悬置磨削扁平面时产生变形的原因,分析了磨削余量对变形的影响。采用了改进的工艺措施,即多次磨削扁平面,并在每次磨完后磨外圆校正磨扁过程中产生的变形,结果表明,改进措施可以保证零件的加工质量。
The produced distortion of grinding using the setting methods of fixing both ends and suspending the middle of oil pump drive shaft was researched and the influence of grinding allowance on distortion was analyzed.An improved process method,which was grinding the flat plane many times and eliminating the distortion after per grinding,was used.The results show that the improved measures can guarantee the machining quality.
