企业非市场战略与市场战略的整合及其资源关联性研究 被引量:2

摘要 文章考察了企业市场战略与非市场战略整合的行为模式及其资源关联性。主要结论:第一,企业非市场战略与市场战略的整合模式主要包括三种类型,即事项整合、战略协同与战略互动;第二,企业整合市场战略与非市场战略资源基础包括三个维度,即市场资源、非市场资源以及制度资源;第三,企业资源与战略整合模式之间存在显著的关联性,其中制度资源对事项整合存在显著性的正向作用,而对战略互动存在显著的负向影响;市场资源对事项整合不存在显著性的影响,而对战略协同与战略互动存在显著的正向影响;非市场资源对战略整合模式均具有显著性的正向影响。 The paper explores firm's behavioral pattern responding to market and non-market strategy integration and its correlation with resources.The main results are:(1) Firms' integration strategy involves three levels-issue integration,strategic collaboration,and strategic interaction;(2) The resource foundation of integration strategy includes three dimensions-market resource,non-market resource,and institutional resource;(3) There is a significant relationship between firms' resource and strategic integration.Institutional resource has a significant influence on issue integration,but a negative influence on strategic interaction;market resource doesn't have any significant influences on issue integration,but has a positive influence on strategic collaboration and strategic interaction;non-market resource is positively correlated with three types of strategic integration patterns.
