摘要文章通过对国外创业团队研究的新进展进行分析,从创业团队合法性、网络、团队创业意图、创业团队成员更替、创业团队企业家精神等视角对国外创业团队研究新进展进行了梳理,并提出了对于中国创业团队理论研究的启示。 Based on the analysis of recent research progress on entrepreneurial team,this paper reviews entrepreneurial team theory from the perspectives of entrepreneurial team legitimacy,entrepreneurial team network,entrepreneurial team entrepreneurship intention,entrepreneurial team turnover,entrepreneurial team entrepreneurship and so on.At the end,this paper gives some new directions about research on entrepreneurship in China.
