摘要
采用无溶剂法合成了苯酚-苯胺型单环苯并噁嗪树脂(P-a),然后将其与环氧树脂(EP)进行共聚,并采用差示扫描量热(DSC)法对该共聚体系的固化特性进行了研究。结果表明:不同P-a/EP质量比的复合材料体系,其冲击强度由纯EP体系的16.12 kJ/m2分别降至14.51 kJ/m2(质量比10%)、13.90 kJ/m2(质量比30%)和14.15 kJ/m2(质量比50%);纯EP体系的弯曲强度和弯曲模量分别为100.56 MPa和3.46 GPa,而P-a/EP体系的最大弯曲强度和弯曲模量分别为110.26 MPa和3.84 GPa;EP/P-a体系含氮量最高为3.52%,但各组试样均燃尽,说明单纯增加树脂体系的氮含量并不能有效提高其垂直燃烧性能。
A P-a(phenol-aniline type single ring benzoxazine resin) was synthesized by solvent-free method,then the curing characteristic of copolymerization system between P-a and epoxy resin(EP) was investigated by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).The results showed that the impact strengths of copolymers with different mass ratio of P-a/EP were decreased from 16.12 kJ/m2 for pure EP system to 14.51 kJ/m2 for P-a/EP system with 10% mass ratio,13.90 kJ/m2 for P-a/EP system with 30% mass ratio,and 14.15 kJ/m2 for P-a/EP system with 50% mass ratio respectively.The flexural strength and flexural modulus of pure EP system were 100.56 MPa and 3.46 GPa respectively,but the maximum flexural strength and flexural modulus of P-a/EP system were 110.26 MPa and 3.84 GPa respectively.The vertical burning properties of P-a/EP copolymers cannot be availably improved with increase of its nitrogen content because all samples were burned off when the maximum nitrogen content in P-a/EP system was 3.52%.
