摘要
以西北地区特殊的自然地理环境和经济布局为基础,探讨适合西北地区主体功能区划的方法,提出了采用定性与定量结合,以县域为研究单位,对西北地区资源环境与社会经济发展综合分析评价,然后进行空间分析(如主成分分析,叠加分析,缓冲区分析)的综合区划方法,以此为依据制定西北地区主体功能区划方案,提出各类型区的发展方向与政策。
The article is basis on particularly geographical environment and economical setting of northwest of china, studying the suitable method of principal functional regions. Firstly, it is mentioned that adopt comprehensive index method to analyze resources, environment and socio-economic development, and then using space analysis method, as principal factor analysis, overlay analysis, and buffer analysis. In the end, formulating principal functional regions planning program, and proposing the differentiation of policy suitable for all principal functional regions.
