摘要
主要综述了茶多酚的组成、特性、抗氧化作用机理及其在食品行业、药理研究、饲料等行业的应用,并且综述了在应用中存在的问题及对策。
In this paper,the composition and property of tea polyphenols（TP） were summarized.Antioxidant mechanism and its application in the field of food industry,pharmacological study and feed industry were mainly introduced.
